1. Processed Foods

  • Examples: Fast food, ready-made meals, processed snacks (chips, cookies), and sugary beverages.

2. Excessive Caffeine

  • Why to avoid: High caffeine intake may reduce fertility by affecting hormone levels and the body's ability to absorb important nutrients for reproduction.
  • What to limit: Coffee, energy drinks, and sodas with caffeine. Try to keep caffeine intake to under 200-300 mg a day (1-2 cups of coffee).

3. Alcohol
